Peter Bracher – Managing Director, Global Food Division - Asia-Pacific, NSF International

Bringing the retail perspective on food safety, Peter Bracher has long experience in quality assurance for leading supermarket and food company. Peter is based at the Asia Head Office of NSF Asia-Pacific, the public health and food safety company. His early experience was working for the UK Government where he managed an Environmental Health and Safety Department before moving to the commercial sector when he joined Tesco, the UK based supermarket retailer, to head up their food safety division. Whilst at Tesco, Peter moved to an operational role where he was responsible for new store opening, and then to an international role where he set up Tesco’s government affairs team throughout Asia and Central Europe.

Peter then moved to ASDA Stores Ltd, part of the US retailer Wal-Mart, as the Director responsible for government affairs and regulation, where he managed the teams responsible for food safety, PR, government affairs and environmental management. In a bid to escape the British winter, Peter moved to India and joined Reliance Industries where he helps to set up Reliance Retail and supported the opening of over 650 supermarkets in under two years. Peter has set up a team of specialist to extend the work of NSF International to support the development of suppliers, retailers and caterers throughout Asia.

Jacky Fang, Technical Service Manager of Asia-Pacific, Chemtura (Anderol)

Jacky Fang joined Chemtura (Anderol Inc.) in 2003 and is now in charge of the technical service of finish fluids in the region.

Jacky has 17 years working experiences in lubricants and published articles in Machinery Lubrication Magazine. Before joined Chemtura, he worked for Shell China, as the technical service & sales positions specialized in industry lubrication.

Ms Teeranat is a Food Segment Manager for Certification services, she is also a Senior BRC Approved Training Provider for Quality and Food Safety Management Systems Training course. Highly qualified.

Having  18 years of experience in canned and food processing industry  in both Thailand and other countries.  Teeranat constantly keep herself updated with the latest technology.

As a Quality Assurance Representative for major food importers in USA, UAE, Australia, she takes pride in her work. She has comprehensive experience in auditing and training for food safety and quality management systems both in Thailand and all over the world.

She is the qualified Lead Auditor for British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety, IFS Food, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP.

Sean O'Malley- Director of Sales and Marketing, Xaerus Performance Fluid Intl., Inc

Sean O'Malley is director, marketing and sales for Xaerus Performance Fluid Intl. The 21-year lubrication industry veteran directs all marketing and sales strategies, overseeing the worldwide distribution channels, marketing communications, branding and identity to ensure strong connections with customers and distributors.

Prior to joining Xaerus Performance Fluids Intl., Inc. in 2010, Sean served as director of industrial lubricants at CPI Engineering Services, Inc. At CPI, Sean helped to build global demand for the CPI products such as compressor lubricants, refrigeration lubricants and other industrial lubricants.

Sean holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a masters in polymer science.
