Effective Lubrication for Bearings in Pellet Machine

Our CLS inspected the tapered roller bearings at the end of the lubricant trial test.
A lubricant trial test was conducted on the pellet machine bearings in one of the largest Malaysian
animal feed producers.
The tapered roller bearings are constantly exposed to harsh operating conditions including high temperature, load vibration and steam. Our Certified Lubricant Specialists (CLS) recommended TACBECON SGH 500S.
They observed that the bearing surfaces were in excellent condition and there were no burnt smell or carbonisation in the grease.
The trial was a success!
TACBECON SGH 500S has not only provided optimal protection to bearings but also extended relubrication interval. Production increased while downtime decreased.
