Tecsia Lubricants Announces Its Relocation to a New Office in Woods Square, Singapore

• Tecsia Lubricants employees moved into Woods Square on 08 December 2022.

• The new office is positioned as the headquarter and will coordinate with the office across Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia to serve the customer in the APAC region better.

• The Management, Sales and Marketing, HR, and operation will be based in Woods Square while the technical engineers, logistics, and procurement will be based in the production field.

Singapore, 17 April 2023 - Tecsia Lubricants, a total lubrication solution company established in Singapore for more than forty-five years, announced that it is now relocated to a new integrated commercial office building in Woodlands. The move will enable the company to provide even better and more professional service to its customers across the Asia Pacific.

Purpose
The purpose to relocate to Woods Square from Mandai Estate is to satisfy the development and digitalization of the company direction. The new location not only provides convenience to both internal and external stakeholders but also integrates the latest technology into the workspace to ensure safety and security.

Convenience
The new office, located at #07-68 Woods Square Tower 1, is in a modern office complex that provides a better and cosy environment for employees to conduct business activities and daily work. The location is five minutes away from the Woodlands MRT station and access directly to the North-South Line (Red Line) and Thomson-East Coast Line (Brown Line). Thus, the location is more accessible and convenient for employees and clients.

In addition, within 2 kilometres, there is ongoing Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link construction. By the time the construction is completed, the 4km long train journey will connect passengers between the Singapore terminus in Woodlands North and Johor’s Bukit Chagar station. This RTS project will escalate the interactions and business activities across two regions.
