BOLTS AND NUTS
Seizure or galling often occur when the threads of the bolts and nuts fused together causing difficulty in dismantling. The metal tends to fuse when it contacts with another metal surface for a long period of time or exposing to high/low temperature environment - this process also known as ion migration. When there is further displacement, the fused metal surface breaks which makes the surface even rougher, creating more opportunity for friction if lubrication is not applied.
Our Tacbecon anti-seize paste provide a film coating on the metal surface acting as the barrier against ion migration. These lubricants are specially designed for extreme load, wide temperature (from -40°C up to 1400°C) and pressures environment which is ideal for head bolts, nuts, washer, flanges, exhaust system fasteners, turbo chargers, etc.
